CAE Engineering Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based fire pump specialist established in 2008, delivering integrated fire protection and Prefab MEP solutions to a wide range of clients across the commercial, industrial, institutional, defence, data centre, and residential sectors. Over the past 15 years, we have completed more than 2,000 projects in Singapore and overseas, building a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and technical expertise.
Our Growth Journey
CAE began by establishing a solid foundation in fire pump controllers before expanding into fire water pumps between 2011 and 2013, completing approximately 30 projects annually by 2013. From 2014 to 2016, growing market confidence opened doors beyond Singapore. The company began designing and supplying prefabricated, factory-tested pump modules to both local and overseas markets, scaling to around 100 projects annually.
From 2017 to 2020, CAE became a recognized name in Singapore's fire protection industry — known for its fire pumps, controllers, and prefabricated MEP modules. During this period, the company invested in showrooms, a dedicated test bay, and client and contractor training programmes. CAE obtained key accreditations, including ISO 9001, product certification, Certificate of Conformity (COC), and STAS accreditation. Notably, CAE became Singapore's only FM Approved Packager — one of a handful of companies across Asia, alongside counterparts in Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, and China, to hold this distinction. This credential is particularly valued for projects covered by FM insurance, where FM certification is a requirement. With a workforce of around 25 and enhanced assembly capabilities, CAE was delivering approximately 200 projects per year by the end of this period.

CAE specializes in prefabricated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (Prefab MEP) solutions that improve productivity, quality control, and project delivery timelines. A core competency is the design, fabrication, assembly, and testing of modular fire pump systems and prefabricated pump room solutions.
Unlike conventional site-built pump rooms — where piping, wiring, and assembly are carried out largely on-site — CAE's modular systems are pre-assembled and fully tested in a factory environment before delivery. Each system integrates valves, piping, gauges, flexible joints, strainers, cables, and related accessories onto a common skid base, with full system testing conducted prior to site installation. This approach reduces on-site manpower and coordination challenges, shortens installation time, minimizes material loss, and delivers more consistent workmanship and testing reliability — resulting in better overall project outcomes.
CAE continues to invest in its prefabrication capabilities to meet the growing demand for productive, off-site construction solutions in Singapore and the region.
